We are a team of highly trained nail care professionals, dedicated to making your experience at SB Salon a satisfying one. For the mutual convenience of both our customers and the salon, we kindly ask that you follow the policies below.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule. We highly recommend you call in advance to ensure we can keep your appointment.

Cancellations

Please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time for cancellation.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges or refunds on any services. However, we will do our best to address any concerns you may have with our services.

Health Conditions

If you are diabetic, have an infection, or have ingrown nails, we may refuse service. If you insist on proceeding, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences.

Product Reactions

We will not be responsible for any skin reactions to nail, wax, lashes, permanent makeup products, or chemicals. If you are aware of any reactions to certain products, please inform our staff before receiving services or refrain from receiving our service.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for any person who is rude or has a bad attitude.

Quiet Environment

No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed inside the salon.

Pricing

Our prices are available in the menu book. Please check the prices with your nail technician before receiving service.

Personal Belongings & Damages

You are fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. You will be required to pay for any salon products or equipment that are damaged by you during your visit, such as broken nail polish.

Safety First

We will refuse service if we feel that it would be harmful to you.

Children

If you are bringing children, we request that you supervise them.

Closing Hours

For the safety of remaining clients and staff, the door will be locked after 6:45 PM. If we feel unsafe, this measure may occur before 6:45 PM. This is not an act of imprisonment. If you do not agree with this policy, please arrive earlier or refrain from signing in.

Payment

Customers who receive services and refuse to pay will result in the door being locked until enforcement can resolve the issue. This action is taken to ensure justice peacefully without physical confrontation.
